Project Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer of one our clients based in KWC ON region for their facility. Shift - Days Key Responsibilities: Lead new program launches using APQP PPAP and Gantt-based project timelines Manage program status risks and launch readiness reporting to management Support equipment selection tooling fixtures and process development Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues (CNC presses lasers vision systems auxiliary equipment) Perform root cause analysis and support setup technicians with problem-solving Develop and improve control plans PFMEAs and process flows with Quality Analyze process capability (Cp/Cpk) and implement corrective actions Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cell/workstation layouts Train setup technicians lead hands and supervisors on new and existing processes Coordinate with suppliers on tooling and process solutions Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with a technical diploma 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume CNC manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of APQP PPAP ECNs PFMEA and process capability Experience with CMM GD&T fixtures cutting tools Key Skills: Primavera Microstation Bluebeam Construction Estimating Construction Experience ProCore Mechanical Engineering Project Engineering Project Management Autocad Project Management Software Microsoft Project Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
