Personal Banking Associate (full time) – St‑Bruno TD Securities invites applications for a Personal Banking Associate positioned at the St‑Bruno location. Work Location: Saint‑Hubert, Quebec, Canada Hours: 37.5 hours per week Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay Details: CAD 45 700 – 61 000 per year with fairness commitment. Job Description As a frontline employee, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, guide them on banking solutions, and promote a positive customer experience. Your typical day will include advising on new accounts, resolving issues, educating on digital banking, and collaborating with the team. Typical Responsibilities Engage customers with advice, transaction support, and digital education. Understand customer needs and direct them to appropriate staff. Educate customers on digital banking tools. Support front‑line cash and non‑cash transactions, reporting non‑standard matters. Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and operations. Ensure accurate documentation adhering to regulations and conduct code. Promote a positive, equitable work environment and share knowledge. Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ year relevant experience. Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification within 6 months post‑appointment. Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree preferred. Proficiency with MS Office, branch software, and internet. Knowledge of banking solutions and processes. Self‑starter with strong organization and time management. Dynamic influencer with a can‑do attitude. Strong communicator with customer‑experience skills.
