About The Role We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our Book of Business Team in the Vegreville, AB branch on a Permanent Full Time basis. What You'll Do Here Helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering advice to help them make informed decisions Creating a trusting environment that fosters sales and customer retention Writing new business policies with an emphasis on quality and efficiency Testing new sale strategies, techniques and processes while providing feedback Actively engaging in training and professional development What You'll Bring To The Table Post‑Secondary Education or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Level 2 AIC completed High degree of professionalism, diplomacy and integrity Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Ability to coach/mentor Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, under pressure and deadlines Able to work both individually and in a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi‑tasking We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
