Compensation

Assist employees with duties involving physicallabourrelated to operation and maintenance of Public Works assets such as, but not limited to Wastewater Treatment Plant, Pumping Stations and Collection System infrastructure and related activities (duties performed must be those which can be completed by a non-licensed operator, unless the student holds a wastewater license level OIT or greater). Assistemployees with duties involving physicallabourrelated to maintenance and repair of Public Works assets such as, but not limited to, bridge and sidewalk repair, street patching, road repair,jack-hammering,pot holefilling and related activities. Assistasrequiredwith administrative tasks which may include filing, cataloguing, sorting, dataentryand related office work.
Adhere tohigh standardsof ethicalbehaviouranddemonstratetheirunderstanding thattheirpersonal actionsimpactthe public’sperceptionof the Municipality; and Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Wastewater ordesignate, including the Supervisor of the Water Division ascrossoverdutiesworkingwith the Water Division will be possible and similar.
