Lead jewellery retail performance with Peoples Jewellers as an Assistant Store Manager, using sales expertise and customer experience skills. Support daily store operations and team standards.
This Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager across sales and profit projections, customer satisfaction, training, evaluation, and recruitment. You will help develop team members’ product knowledge and sales skills while following Company policies and procedures. Peoples Jewellers values integrity, diversity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager with daily standards achievement
- Support sales and profit projections through team focus
- Contribute to total customer satisfaction
- Train and evaluate team members’ product knowledge
- Participate in recruiting and selecting team members
Requirements:
- At least one year of retail experience
- Jeweller or specialty retailer experience preferred
- Knowledge of POS terminals and scanners
- Basic computer software and hardware knowledge
- Availability for days, nights, and weekends
