As an RPA Technical Advisor - Agents, you’ll support the delivery needs of business sectors within the Québec division. You’ll leverage your technical skills while helping position the Innovation and Technology Center (ITC) as a leader, by staying up to date with emerging technologies and identifying innovation opportunities in your field. Reporting to the Senior Director of Data, Analytics, and AI, you’ll be responsible for developing and promoting your area of expertise within the organization. This includes collaborating with the Academy team to build team capabilities and implementing the right tools, methodologies, and best practices in artificial intelligence to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for process improvements supported by artificial intelligence (AI) and propose innovative solutions; Participate in technology watch activities in the fields of agentic AI and RPA, and experiment with new tools to enrich our service portfolio, promote innovation, and anticipate future client needs; Document solutions, diagram workflows, write guides for end users, and ensure knowledge transfer; Contribute to the evolution of standardized service offerings in line with client needs; Develop toolkits and accelerators to ensure service efficiency and quality; Analyze business processes and translate user needs into automated workflows; Design agents/robots by breaking down processes into logical, repeatable steps; Conduct tests and monitor workflows to detect errors, manage exceptions, and ensure proper functioning of automated agents. Keys to your success 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical or application support role; Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in IT management or a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field; Skills in the following categories: RPA/low-code tools: Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism; Hybrid agent creation: Copilot Studio, N8N, Zapier, Make; Languages: PowerShell, Python, JavaScript; API integration: connecting systems via REST/GraphQL, SaaS connectors (SharePoint, Teams, SAP, Salesforce, etc.); Databases: SQL, PL/SQL; Environment management: Azure/M365, connector configuration, security. Ability to interact with clients at all levels and present technical and strategic solutions in meetings or public events; Pedagogical approach, rigour, curiosity, and analytical mindset. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem; Experience in MCP server implementation and development; Experience in consulting or client support; Knowledge of ethical issues in AI and data governance. Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
