Director, Finance and Treasury Montreal

Reporting to the Vice President Finance, the Director Finance and Treasury leads the management of the company’s liquidity and cash flow. This person ensures financial coverage and funding needs while optimizing inflows and outflows.As a finance expert, the Director plays a key role in developing and managing the company’s business plan by building complex financial models that support strategic decision-making and value creation. The incumbent manages relationships with financial institutions, oversees due diligence reviews, analyzes financial performance, and prepares detailed reports for senior leadership.
