General Manager & Partner - MacDonald Search Group Our forward thinking technology partner is looking for a hands‑on Director of People & Culture to join the leadership team and own all aspects of HR. You’ll lead the full HR function—from recruiting and onboarding to development, compliance, and culture‑building. You’ll be a strategic partner, driving initiatives that keep our team engaged, aligned, and growing. Understanding of the EOS Business Methodology an asset. University degree and HR designation preferred. Track record of building strong strategies to recruit, interview, hire and retain top talent. Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a positive, high‑performance culture. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Experience with HR systems and data‑driven decision‑making. Tech‑Savvy & Passion for Tech: Comfortable with digital tools, scheduling systems, and office tech.
