Position Description Manage accounting records for families and follow-up on transactions Account for investment transactions Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements Follow-up on payment schedules Prepare income tax returns for individuals, corporations, and trusts Prepare annual declarations for foundations Participate in financial, tax, and estate planning Coordinate with the investment team Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or administration (accounting option) Accounting designation is an asset Minimum 3 years relevant experience Experience in a chartered accounting firm is an asset Knowledge of Caseware, DTMax, and TaxPrep is an asset Bilingual in French and English Personal Skills and Abilities Strong management and organizational skills Interest in taxation Teamwork aptitude Effective communication skills Meticulousness and discretion Workplace: 1130 Sherbrooke Street West, Montréal – Hybrid work model Salary: $70K-$90K, negotiable based on experience, with potential for advancement Additional compensation: Performance bonus Benefits include: Group insurance (disability, dental), Group RRSP Employment: Permanent, full-time, flexible schedule Why Work at Patrimonica?
