Overview Join to apply for the Senior Technical System Analyst with Salesforce role at J&M Group. Responsibilities Liaises with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and design a solution that will meet their analytics and management reporting needs while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Elicits requirements from business stakeholders through interviews, workshops, business process analysis, business scenarios, and user stories. Analyzes and conceptualizes the design of the data solution, working with the Systems Architect and Software Developer to achieve client stakeholder objectives through effective deployment of technology. Analyzes source or target system data requirements and maps the data to match the enterprise data platform design. Identifies outlying data patterns and data cleanliness issues for resolution. Documents the high-level design and data flows end-to-end. Ensures the quality of the solution by creating test plans and testing the results to verify the development meets business requirements.
