New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting organization, is seeking an experienced Business Process Re‑Engineering (BPR) Consultant, to support a major transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a consultant with strong process redesign experience, SAP knowledge, and hands‑on exposure to engineering and maintenance environments.The BPR Consultant will analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes across a complex enterprise environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to assess current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of new processes and organizational structures. Experience with SAP (ideally SAP Plant Maintenance or DRMIS) is essential.ResponsibilitiesReview and assess existing business processes, workflows, and organizational structuresAnalyze business and functional requirements to map information flows and decision pointsIdentify candidate processes for re‑engineering and prototype solution optionsProvide trade‑off analysis and recommend optimal courses of actionIdentify required modifications to automated processesAdvise on new requirements and opportunities for efficiency and effectivenessDevelop and integrate process and information models to eliminate redundanciesRecommend new processes and organizational structuresSupport or lead implementation of redesigned processes and organizational changesDocument workflows and process maps using modeling tools, such as Visio, ARIS, Blueworks, and LucidchartRequirements5+ years of experience as a Business Process Re‑Engineering ConsultantDemonstrated experience covering all core BPR responsibilities (process review, analysis, redesign, modeling, implementation support)12+ consecutive months contributing significantly to a Business Transformation initiative (people, process, technology)3+ years of SAP‑related experience in at least two areas, such as requirements, testing, process design, training, and technical integration3+ years supporting engineering or maintenance activities using ERP tools (SAP PM or DRMIS strongly preferred)3+ years developing or managing maintenance strategies, plans, task lists, or BOMs in an ERP environmentSecurity & Work RequirementsSECRET (Level II) security clearance (may be obtained after award)Eligible for Controlled GoodsAbility to work on‑site in Gatineau as requiredIf you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
