Team Overview The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group delivers secure and reliable digital experiences. Lead integrated digital, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity implementations to create excellent customer and employee experiences. Ensure the enterprise data ecosystem runs smoothly, delivering reliable data to support strategic initiatives. What You Will Be Doing Develop product vision, OKRs, and communicate them with stakeholders. Build product backlog, prioritize by business value, and keep it up to date. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to define technical roadmap. Own business KPIs, manage tracking, forecasting, and variance monitoring. Facilitate sprint events and support team daily operations. Serve as the voice of the customer in platform discussions and decisions. What We Are Looking For Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or relevant discipline. Minimum 7 years experience in product design, product ownership, or solution delivery. Experience building customer‑centric data products in transactional data domains. Proficiency with Azure Data Platform technologies and end‑to‑end data engineering lifecycle. Familiarity with best practices for data pipeline development, CI/CD, and automated testing. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. What Will Make You Stand Out Agile and Scrum practitioner. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Advanced CSPO. Technical understanding of data technologies and platforms. Bilingual in English and French (both official languages of Canada). Eligibility Eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents).
