As an Engineer, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon’s business goals. Core Responsibilities Take part in Agile ceremonies Perform engineering assignments using existing procedures and best practices Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts Actively monitor key metrics and report on trends Participate in our Engineering Community of Practice Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production level systems Perform reliability monitoring and support as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible 2 – 4 years of engineering experience College degree in computer science/engineering or related field Minimum 4+ years of experience with Observability solutions (Datadog and Splunk) Minimum 2+ years of experience with rule and advanced logic creation for Observability Proven history of delivering quality results on complex cross-functional projects Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate with a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical Hands‑on experience with Datadog APM, Infra, serverless, and RUM (Real User Monitoring) and Splunk for logging Experience in migrating app servers, Observability solution agents, or rolling out mass updates using Ansible or Terraform Hands‑on experience in implementing and configuring an Observability solution in Kubernetes Familiarity with high availability back‑end systems and services Demonstrated sense of ownership to plan, execute, and drive product deliverables to successful completion in a collaborative environment Experience with agile development methodologies, Test Driven Development (TDD), and CI/CD is a plus Ability to think innovatively and contribute to the success of products, processes, and customer experience Excellent decision‑making, communication, and collaboration skills Knowledge of: PII / CCPA / GDPR compliance, Enterprise Single Sign‑On, Docker and Kubernetes, Atlassian Suite tools, Cloud Solutions (AWS and Azure), Terraform or Ansible Must Haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working; does not take yourself too seriously Additional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. Compensation And Benefits Package Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - $132,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
