They are seeking an experienced Manager to take a key leadership role within their assurance and advisory practice. This position is ideal for a CPA with a background in public practice who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to lead engagements, mentor staff, and provide trusted financial guidance to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage tax, audit, review, and compilation engagements for private companies and not-for-profits. Oversee the preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns. Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and technical development. Manage multiple client relationships and engagement deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Contribute to firm growth by identifying opportunities to enhance client service and operational efficiency. Qualifications CPA designation (CA, CMA, or CGA) required. 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, including leadership or supervisory experience. Strong working knowledge of ASPE, ASNFPO, and Canadian taxation. Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills. Proficiency in CaseWare, TaxPrep, or comparable software is an asset.
