Peripatetic Deputy Manager & Clinical LeadAs a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester, you'll travel across your region to manage and develop the teams in various care homes, to help deliver high-quality care and service. You'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration, a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification, and previous experience working in a nursing home setting. You'll set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.ABOUT YOU To join us as a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. Previous experience of working within a nursing home setting is essential and evidence of continual professional development is also required. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is important too, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We'll also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. You'll be compassionate, resilient and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
