- Diriger plusieurs équipes appelées à réaliser des mandats de fiscalité et à préparer les déclarations de revenus (et autres feuillets de conformité) pour des clients.
- Fournir une expertise sectorielle et technique en fiscalité et en certification à l’aide d’échanges avec le client, de rapports, de travaux techniques, de présentations à l’intention de la direction et de livrables de haute qualité.
- Analyser les processus d’affaires et les méthodes en place et fournir des conseils sur les changements aux politiques et aux règles fiscales; élaborer des stratégies fiscales proactives qui tirent parti des occasions d’affaires et qui favorisent l’exploitation efficace des entreprises.
- Traiter des enjeux liés aux clients avec l’Agence du revenu du Canada et les ministères provinciaux pertinents.
- Préparer les formulaires de choix fiscaux nécessaires aux réorganisations d’entreprises.
- Participer à la gestion administrative pour assurer la conformité fiscale des particuliers et des fiducies durant les périodes de pointe.
- Gérer un éventail de clients en s’assurant de comprendre leurs activités, les principaux risques auxquels ils s’exposent et les façons d’offrir une valeur ajoutée; veiller à répondre à leurs besoins, à bâtir des relations et à faire croître les comptes.
- Prendre en charge la planification et l’organisation des mandats ainsi que les paramètres financiers des projets (les budgets, les travaux en cours, la facturation, le recouvrement et la comptabilisation des écarts).
- Assurer un contrôle qualité élevé et appliquer son expertise pour prévoir, cerner et régler les enjeux touchant l’entreprise, les écritures et les rapports de nature financière du client.
- Faire du réseautage et de la prospection dans le milieu des affaires local; contribuer à la préparation et à l’envoi d’offres de services concurrentielles qui répondent aux besoins des clients.
- Participer à la planification stratégique et opérationnelle pour le client et du cabinet ainsi qu’à l’élaboration de nouvelles idées et méthodes visant à améliorer les procédures de travail.
- Fournir du mentorat aux membres de l’équipe, les motiver et les encadrer pour qu’ils puissent se perfectionner et s’épanouir grâce à des objectifs clairs, à de la rétroaction régulière et à des évaluations de rendement annuelles.
- Être disposé à se déplacer, au besoin.
Compétences et expérience
- Avoir complété le programme de Maîtrise en Fiscalité
- Titre de CPA (un atout)
- 7 à 8 ans d’expérience pertinente de la comptabilité publique ou des services de consultation en fiscalité
- Connaissances approfondies de la fiscalité canadienne
- Excellente compréhension des principes d’affaires, de comptabilité, de gestion et de prospection
- Leadership reconnu et aptitudes éprouvées pour la gestion de personnel et les relations interpersonnelles
- Compétences solides en planification stratégique et en raisonnement conceptuel
