Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Timmins and Hearst Construction & Forestry locations.Reporting to the Division Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all daily branch activities, and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branchAchieve asset management and market share goalsManage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employeesProvide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressuresManage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit ServicesOther duties as assigned#LI-OnsiteRequired SkillsA demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staffA strong work ethic, combined with a dedication to excellenceRelevant post-secondary education is considered an assetRequired ExperienceMust have 5+ years’ experience in the heavy equipment field, supplemented with 3-5 years' experience in a progressively responsible management roleProven product support background and understanding of the departmental operationsA demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staffA strong work ethic, combined with a dedication to excellenceRelevant post-secondary education is considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
