No matter what your undergraduate degree is in, there is an opportunity for you at Fidelity.**Roles we have available:****Please indicate which position you are interested in on your cover letter:****Student, Compliance**The primary role of the **student in Compliance** is to provide independent assurance, advice, and insight to Fidelity’s risk management, governance, and control processes.**You will have the opportunity to*** Gain an understanding of the compliance department, its processes, tools, techniques, and concepts by participating in a wide variety of assurance and advisory services within the Compliance department* Collaborate with the wider compliance team in Fidelity International Limited (FIL)**Student, Risk Management**As a **student in Risk Management** you will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the organization and gain broad exposure to the operations of a mutual fund company. You will support various risk assessments, conduct control testing, and provide recommendations for improvement and provide ongoing oversight.**You will have the opportunity to:*** Learn about various operational processes across the organization.* Learn risk management frameworks and various risk management programs.* Partner with various departments across Fidelity and learn how identify and manage risks, and how risk management team provides independent monitoring and oversight.* Gain valued skills in time management and adherence to timelines**What we’re looking for:*** You are working towards a university degree with a concentration in accounting, audit, finance, commerce, business or economics* You have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure* You have strong analytical skills* You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint* You must also be available for the full duration of the term*You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.***Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent**This contract role offers a **flexible, hourly compensation model** that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The undergraduate hourly rate ranges from **$23.00 to $27.00**, based on experience and qualifications. We offer **market-aligned rates** that recognize the specialized skills and agility required for this role.
