This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, with openings available for bothday and evening shifts. We’re looking for technically inclined, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities efficiently and accurately.The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:· Overseeing the performance of processes and employees in Antec Controls.· Organizing, managing, and evaluating the effective utilization of resources· Managing orders and ensuring customer needs are met.· Troubleshooting production issues with support from senior operators.· Provide appropriate and consistent feedback to direct reports.· Coaching and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality products are built in a safe, cost-effective, timely manner.· Ensuring department compliance with company policies and procedures.The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have:· Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail· A high level of critical thinking and accountability· Process driven, self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to take initiative.· Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence· The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.· Experience in a manufacturing environment with a mandate for safety and quality.· A willingness and ability to learn technical requirements of the product.· 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.· An aptitude for reading blueprints and engineering drawings.· Strong leadership skills and an ability to effect and champion change.· A proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.At Antec Controls, we believe in hiring based on team fit.
