Technology Architect and IT Project Manager Join Lacroix Médecine Privée as a Technology Architect and IT Project Manager. Location: Quebec City or Montreal (on‑site). About the Role Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the role focuses on designing and evolving the technology architecture and leading strategic projects. Main Responsibilities Design, document, and maintain IT architecture (infrastructure, systems, security, cloud, application integration). Evaluate and recommend technologies aligned with business needs. Define and apply IT standards and best practices. Ensure performance, security, and consistency of environments. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of procedures, configurations, and interventions. Plan, coordinate, and manage technology projects (infrastructure, cybersecurity, migration, integration). Define deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor progress, manage risks, ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery. Act as a technological reference for management and IT teams. Collaborate with suppliers and partners; conduct continuous monitoring and propose improvements.
