Join our Bonnyville team as a Contractor Liaison and play a key role in supporting the incredible talent powering the energy sector ABOUT THE ROLE As a Contractor Liaison, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our contractors have a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding — and everything in between. You’ll build strong relationships, keep systems running like clockwork, and help drive contractor satisfaction through proactive communication and support. This is a dynamic, people-first role where no two days are the same What You’ll Be Doing: Talent Connector: Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Process Pro : Manage contractor onboarding, offboarding, and change requests with precision and care. Timesheet Tracker : Follow up on missing time sheets and approvals to keep payroll on track. Data Dynamo: Keep Bullhorn updated with accurate contractor details, resumes, and NPS follow-ups. Engagement Champion : Plan and host contractor and client events that build loyalty and community. Reporting Rockstar : Prepare and deliver monthly client reports with clear insights and updates. Brand Builder : Lead social media initiatives and manage promotional merchandise to boost our presence. Team Collaborator : Work closely with Sales, Payroll, Benefits, Travel, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth contractor experience. Continuous Improver: Contribute to internal projects that enhance contractor management processes. Sourcing Strategist : Design and roll out creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent and grow a high-performing candidate pipeline.
