Senior Java Full Stack Developer – Ministry Experience Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer – Ministry Experience Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Type: Long Term Contract Introduction: Join a rock-solid organization as our client’s next Senior Java Full Stack Developer and sit at the center of projects that drive decisions. Responsibilities Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes: Developing detailed programming specifications Writing and/or generating code Maintaining, and conducting unit tests Resolving and troubleshooting technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations. Must Have Technical / Java EE platform (30%) 10+ years’ experience in developing n-tier Enterprise applications. 10+ years’ hands‑on development with Java Enterprise technologies. Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards. Ability to provide user and system documentation as required. Demonstrated experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting. Demonstrated experience in conducting unit test based on requirements. Spring Framework (10%) Demonstrated experience working with Spring Framework - Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Batch, Spring Security, etc. ORM (15%) Demonstrated experience with ORM tools such as JPA, Hibernate or MyBatis. Database (15%) Working experience in writing SQL and Stored Procedures (preferably in Oracle and PL/SQL, Cosmos DB, Postgres, MySQL). BPM (5%) Demonstrated experience with Camunda BPM, Drools Rule Engine. Demonstrated experience working with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Cognitive Search, etc. UI (10%) Demonstrated experience with React, Angular, jQuery.
