A Snapshot of Your Day Trench Canada Instrument Transformers is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our After Sales team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, understands instrument transformer manufacturing concepts, and collaborates with team members and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Main duties include acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty and non‑warranty repairs, and coordinating activities with engineering, production, and test lab teams to resolve service requests timely and effectively. Your Tasks Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to support customers with inquiries and complaints. Coordinate warranty and non‑warranty returns and repairs, ensuring schedule compliance and customer satisfaction. Take a proactive approach to task management, ensuring all customer requests are thoroughly addressed and completed before closing any service case. Identify trends in order data, analyze customer feedback, and work with the quality team to identify improvement opportunities. Participate in root cause analysis and teardown investigations. Maintain precise communication records, documenting all NCRs appropriately. Review current After Sales workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to streamline operations. Support the Customer Care Initiatives project, deploying additional actions and enhancing already implemented initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related energy field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies preferred.
