Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Labs team in Vancouver. You'll help build WorkMate, BikeSync, and Reselly: public Shopify apps that power the day-to-day operations of bike shops, outdoor retailers, and specialty store. We handle anything from inventory management, POS integrations, scheduling, service workflows, and many more essential workflows. We're a small team of four engineers, meaning you get the chance to make real impact. We're looking for someone comfortable stepping into an existing system, but with open eyes and the ability to contribute to improving our products and the way we work. This includes taking ownership of core parts of the codebase, as well as helping us further improve our processes by being open and solution-driven. You will work closely with our Engineering Lead on features, architecture, and technical decisions, and have room to influence how things are built while working within an established framework to set us up for success in the long term. Key Responsibilities Build and ship merchant‑facing features across backend and frontend Work on scheduling, inventory, POS extensions, APIs, and background jobs Own features from implementation through deployment and monitoring Contribute to backend and system design within existing architecture Work with Shopify Admin APIs, POS extensions, and webhooks Make pragmatic trade‑offs between speed, quality, and maintainability Collaborate closely with Product and Design Review code, mentor teammates, and communicate clearly async Qualifications Senior‑level experience as a Full Stack Developer with a backend‑heavy focus Strong production experience with TypeScript and Node.js Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system design Experience building Shopify apps or working deeply with Shopify APIs Experience integrating with third‑party or legacy systems Comfortable owning work within established systems and processes Pragmatic mindset with a strong bias toward shipping Clear communicator who works well in a small, collaborative team Growth & Performance At the core of Teifi Digital, we foster a culture of growth and continuous learning.
