Job Summary This senior role within the MAS/NAS segment is responsible for the Client Loyalty function, driving lifetime value by strengthening brand affinity, repeat engagement and loyalty across all client touchpoints. The successful candidate will own the formulation and enablement of Strategy, Data Insights, and Execution via impact and influence as it relates to Client Loyalty activities. Key Focus Areas Develop framework ensuring ongoing management of strong, productive relationships with executive and practitioner client contacts. Align with ADP Leaders, Segment Leaders and Senior Leadership team. Collaborate with ADP Sales and Implementation functions. Requirements 15+ years of directly related experience. Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven history of individual and team results. Dependencies and Impact Assist with project planning and execution. Data analysis with support from Business Intelligence teams across ADP. Process design. Responsibilities Lead a group of account managers and loyalty specialists supporting the HR Tech and HRO businesses. Develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty and retention strategy aligned with corporate objectives and in partnership with Service leaders. Lead cross‑functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Product, Shared Services and Operations to ensure a united client experience. Lead account planning and management techniques to ensure strategic approach to client interaction. Consultative client approach, integrating deep understanding of client needs with ADP solutions and expertise. Manage contract and risk negotiations. Execute tools, communications, processes and client retention activities and metrics. Drive productivity while increasing coverage. Leadership Alignment Align with Sales and Service teams on key initiatives. Participate in complex/cross‑functional discussions, recommendations and decisions impacting client relationships. Contribute to product development opportunities based on client feedback. Managing Resources Assist with project planning and execution. Data analysis with Business Intelligence support. Process design. Competencies for Success Test ideas pragmatically against current resources – financials, people, organizational capabilities. Collaborate to move from present to desired future. Results Accountability Hold self and others accountable for strategy execution. Encourage innovative problem solving. Organize required resources and provide systems to support execution. Model disciplined problem‑solving and decision‑making. Financial Management Understand ADP Business Model and drive revenue and profitability. Lead activities to create shareholder value. Utilize key metrics to analyze business situation. Market Leadership Understand clients’ business challenges and markets served. Seek client feedback to inform decisions. Recognize how ADP products enable client growth. Know competitors’ impact on ADP clients. Bias For Growth Identify opportunities to enhance organization to meet client, business and shareholder needs. Challenge status quo to improve performance. Strong presentation, meeting management and relationship skills. Drive continuous improvement with flexibility. Deep knowledge of HCM concepts and ADP solutions. Industry and competitive knowledge with external expertise network. Exceptional communicational skills for internal and external stakeholders. French required for Quebec roles; English also required.
