Intake Coordinator - Ontario - 6 Month Contract The Intake Care Access Representative is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate information is in the scheduling system to support accurate client service delivery in a professional, confidential, proactive, safe, and efficient manner. They work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all members of the team on a regular basis. Competencies Demonstration of excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Acts in a professional manner consistent with CBI Home Health’s mission, vision, and values Works collaboratively within the team environment Superior performance by striving to meet or exceed all performance measures of the role Proven problem‑solving skills with the ability to establish priorities Able to work in a deadline‑driven, high‑volume, multi‑tasking environment while maintaining a results‑focused approach and attention to detail Focus on excellent customer service Essential Functions Monitors and ensures timely processing of incoming client service requests, and requests for changes or updates to client services within contractual obligations. Liaises with customer referral sources as required to ensure customer expectations are met. Responsible for the integrity of information in Alayacare, which involves data entry, updates of client information, schedules, and visits. Provides relief in the Validation team as required. Knows and adheres to the formal and informal departmental goals, standards, and policies and procedures. Works with an awareness of health and safety and cooperates towards improved health and safety conditions at work.
