If so, come join us and help redefine the Canadian banking landscape Responsibilities Actively manage an assigned portfolio of both potential and existing mortgage clients that have submitted mortgage applications or have their mortgage coming up for renewal. Guide clients through the fulfillment process by promptly communicating required documents and updates, setting expectations on next steps, and proactively seeking alternative solutions. Be accountable for achieving monthly mortgage sales targets and effectively cross-selling other Tangerine products and services. Act as a resource for questions or issues concerning mortgage policies and procedures to manage the bank’s risk. Demonstrate effective call control and use of soft skills with each call. Adhere to Quality Service standards to maintain and exceed service levels while maintaining a "one and done" approach. Commit to ongoing mortgage training and development. Contribute positively in team meetings with ideas and suggestions. Liaise with the Underwriting department to ensure all documents are received, validated and complete. Meet Customer Service levels in relation to emails, phone messages and fax enquiries. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Experience: University or College Degree in a business discipline is an asset; Sales experience is required; Underwriting and fulfillment experience is preferred. Specialized Knowledge: Basic administrative knowledge and skills in documentation required to meet lending guidelines; Knowledge of Tangerine Bank products, services, policies and procedures; Mortgage product knowledge (Tangerine and market). Technical Skills: Fluent in English and French; Computer literate – knowledge of Microsoft Office. Abilities: Ability to build relationships at all levels; Ability to discuss product options within company guidelines; Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
