QCM - Analyste Qualité / Quality Compliance Management Control Monitoring Hybrid – 3 days a week on site – Mirabel Titre du poste : Gestionnaire de Conformité Qualité / Title : Quality Compliance Control Manager Location: Mirabel (Hybrid – 3 days a week) Responsabilités Principales Préparer, examiner et valider les dossiers FAI conformément aux exigences AS9102. Assurer la traçabilité complète des matériaux, des pièces et des procédés spéciaux. Coordonner avec la production, l’ingénierie et les fournisseurs pour résoudre les écarts FAI. Soutenir l’acceptation FAI avec les équipes internes d’Airbus et/ou les clients. Analyser les non-conformités et écarts détectés lors de la fabrication ou de l’inspection (MRB). Participer ou soutenir les comités MRB et préparer les évaluations techniques qualité. Veiller à ce que les dispositions MRB (utilisation en l’état, réparation, retouche, rebut) soient conformes aux exigences Airbus. Suivre les actions correctives et assurer leur clôture adéquate. Assurer la conformité aux normes qualité, procédures et réglementations applicables d’Airbus. Soutenir les analyses de causes racines et les actions d’amélioration continue. Contribuer au suivi et au rapport de la performance qualité. Profil & Qualifications 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle qualité en environnement industriel. Bonne compréhension des processus FAI, MRB et de la gestion des non-conformités. Connaissance des normes aéronautiques (AS9100 / AS9102) est un atout important. Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires en français et en anglais.
