Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Lead Data Developer (Azure Specialist) to lead cloud-based data initiatives and deliver robust solutions for enterprise-scale projects for one of Canada's largest banks. This role focuses on Azure technologies and data engineering, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Azure Expertise: Design and implement solutions using Azure Data Factory, Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Azure Synapse.Data Engineering: Develop and optimize data processing workflows and analytics strategies.Cloud Strategy: Drive adoption of cloud-based solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operating environments, implementing corrective actions as needed.Collaboration: Partner with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Skills and Requirements5+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud technologies, including Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse.Strong experience with Angular.Strong SQL development skills and experience with data pipelines.Familiarity with SSO & MFA configurations.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.You are a code quality champion with hands‑on experience in Software Design using SOLID Design principles.Integration and networking experience is an asset.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
