Responsibilities Develop a safe, professional, comprehensive Pilates training program for each client. Conduct initial client assessment and goal‑setting. Instruct private, duet, and semi‑private sessions. Work with the Pilates Manager to grow your book of business. Complete all administrative requirements for client management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well‑rounded member experience. Provide excellent customer service to all Equinox members and guests. Maintain consistent client activity to achieve results. Participate in ongoing training and development. Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness. Qualifications Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus (mat, reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, etc.). Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education through a certified program. Valid copy of Pilates certification(s) available upon request. Exceptional customer‑service skills. Essential Physical Requirements Standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, and reaching. Pushing, pulling, and ability to safely spot and correct clients during session. Compensation and Benefits Compensation for time spent in internal Pilates continuing education and business development.
