This role is pivotal in ensuring that our approach and execution are data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with our strategic goals. The DBA will help us leverage digital solutions to improve operational efficiency, drive adoption, and enhance customer experience—ultimately contributing to customer retention and sales growth through omnichannel strategies*Open to candidates based in Calgary who are willing to work from our Calgary officeResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Interpretation:Collect and analyze data related to business operations, customer behavior, and market trendsIdentify patterns and provide actionable insights for decision-makingBusiness Process MappingMap and assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementCollaborate with stakeholders to gain deep business knowledge and design improved workflowsRequirements GatheringWork cross-functionally to gather and document requirements for new systems or process enhancementsTranslate business needs into clear specifications for development teamsSupport organizational digital transformation from local to global digital solutions, optimizing practices to enhance performance and align with business goalsStakeholder CommunicationAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teamsEnsure solutions meet business needs and drive measurable outcomesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing or a related field5+ years of experience in digital business analysis, preferably in eCommerce or B2B environmentsStrong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and derive actionable insightsFamiliarity with digital tools, data visualization software, and BI platformsCreative and structured approach to solving business challengesWe offer a competitive salary, plus a full set of benefits.Flexible benefits program allowing you to choose from options that best fit you and your dependents’ needs.
