This senior leadership role blends client strategy, delivery oversight, and business development. You’ll work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure impactful outcomes, while also helping shape new opportunities and mentoring our internal team.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary lead for a portfolio of government, non-profit, and business clientsUnderstand client goals and design practical strategies to help them succeedLead discovery sessions, workshops, and planning processesAnticipate challenges, manage shifting needs, and ensure client satisfactionProject Oversight & DeliveryPartner with Project Managers to scope, plan, and execute projectsEnsure delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with client goalsTrack project profitability, resource allocation, and performance metricsAddress roadblocks and make course corrections quicklyReview and refine deliverables to meet quality standardsBusiness Development & GrowthIdentify and pursue new opportunities aligned with Forward Creative’s strengthsContribute to proposals, pricing, and client presentationsBuild and maintain a strong network across key sectors and regionsRepresent Forward Creative externally at meetings, events, and panelsProvide guidance and support to project teams across disciplinesMentor staff in project delivery, problem-solving, and client engagementPromote a positive, inclusive, and accountable team cultureContribute to internal process improvements and agency developmentYour Skills & Experience:You’re a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader.You can see the big picture without losing track of the details.You’re confident in a room full of decision-makers, calm in complex moments, and ready to drive change where it matters.What You Bring:8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, public sector delivery, or agency leadershipStrong background in one or more of: government consulting, nonprofit strategy, SME advisoryDemonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver cross-functional projectsSkilled in client communication, stakeholder management, and team coachingSolid understanding of financial tracking, project forecasting, and margin managementExperience in business development, proposal positioning, and partnership buildingClear, concise communication and a collaborative leadership styleA commitment to results, growth, company culture, and continuous improvementHealth and dental coveragePaid sick leaveVacationBonus structure based on performance and impactOnboarding and coaching from senior team leadsProfessional Development Hours (PDH)Purpose-driven work across government, community, and business sectorsWe are a high-performing team with real opportunity for leadership and impact.Be part of a collaborative, future-focused environment.We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
