About the role P&C is currently recruiting a driven, detail-oriented, and creatively curious Account Manager, Experiential Marketing (XM) to support the development and execution of immersive, high-impact brand experiences. Reporting into the Account Director, XM, this role is ideal for a strong experiential producer and client manager who understands how powerful experiences are built—from idea to execution—and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. The Account Manager plays a critical role in bringing experiential concepts to life, managing day-to-day client relationships, overseeing program execution, and ensuring all experiential initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This role requires a strong balance of client management, project management, production fluency, vendor management and onsite leadership, with opportunities to contribute creatively and grow into a senior leadership role over time. Roles and responsibilities of an Account Manager of XM include (but are not limited to) the following: Client & Account Management Support day-to-day management of experiential client accounts, serving as a key point of contact alongside the Account Director. Build strong, trust-based client relationships through clear communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving. Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, brand identity, and campaign goals. Prepare client-facing materials, including timelines, budgets, decks, run-of-show documents, and post-program reports. Lead regular client status updates and ensure expectations are aligned throughout program development and execution. Anticipate client needs and flag opportunities or risks early, escalating as needed. Program Management & Execution Support the ideation, planning, and execution of experiential programs, including pop-ups, activations, live events, branded experiences, and product launches. Project manage multiple experiential programs simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met. Manage production workback schedules, vendor timelines, and internal checkpoints. Assist with evaluating production specs, renderings, and build details to ensure feasibility and alignment with creative intent. Be hands‑on onsite, supporting event load‑in, live execution, and teardown while managing vendors and staff. Troubleshoot onsite challenges calmly and efficiently, ensuring seamless execution. Vendor & Production Coordination Source, manage, and liaise with vendors, venues, fabricators, and production partners. Assist with vendor negotiations to ensure cost‑effectiveness and quality execution. Manage event logistics including venue coordination, staffing, permits, and scheduling. Ensure all experiential programs comply with safety standards, permits, insurance requirements, and risk management protocols. Creative & Strategic Contribution Contribute creative thinking and executional ideas that respond directly to client briefs. Support the Account Director in developing experiential concepts and pitch materials. Stay informed on experiential trends, cultural moments, and best practices to inform program development. Translate creative ideas into executable plans in collaboration with production partners and internal teams. Measurement, Budgeting & Reporting Support the development and management of experiential budgets, including cost tracking and reconciliation. Track program KPIs and assist in measuring program success against objectives. Support post‑campaign reporting with insights, learnings, and recommendations. Track resource hours against budgeted time and flag discrepancies. Team Collaboration Collaborate closely with internal PR, creative, influencer, social, digital, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Lead internal status meetings and execution checkpoints as assigned. Foster a positive, solutions‑oriented team environment with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude. Manage team and oversee deliverables for 3 direct reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing and/or event production (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of experiential production workflows, logistics, and vendor management. Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client‑facing skills. Creative thinker with the ability to balance ideas with executional realities. Solid understanding of social and digital platforms as they relate to experiential campaigns. Strong computer skills (Apple OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva). Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Ability to travel as needed for programs.
