The LPN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care within the LPN Scope of Practice. The LPN will serve as a team leader, providing direction and supervision for Resident Care Workers in the home.This leadership role involves working within a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering excellent medical and compassionate care to our residents.
