This hybrid position requires a motivated Technical Program Manager to oversee software development lifecycle initiatives for John Hancock Insurance. You will unite diverse teams, including Marketing and IT, to drive measurable outcomes aligned with business goals. Your focus will be on managing the delivery of technology solutions across policyholder and operational journeys, using your deep knowledge of the life insurance industry.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 3-5 years in technical program management • Experience in life insurance technology delivery • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
