In this role, you will:Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.Are you the right fit?We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity.
