The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing our platform. You will work with our R&D team to deploy LLM-based agents that power state-of-the-art business automation. This role is unique: we expect you to be a master of your craft who can code from scratch, but who actively chooses to use AI tools to multiply your output and velocity. Core Responsibilities Full Stack Engineering: Design and deploy scalable backend services (Python/SQL) and modern frontend interfaces (ReactJS/NextJS). AI-Augmented Development: Utilize AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor AI) to rapidly prototype, build, and refactor code while maintaining strict quality and security standards. Architecture & Scale: Specialized in building resilient architectures on GCP and AWS using Docker and Kubernetes. Code Stewardship: Critically review and validate all AI-generated code. You are the expert; the AI is your assistant. Collaboration: Work closely with Product and DevOps to translate requirements into technical specs and ensure smooth deployments. The Tech Stack Backend: Python, SQL, RESTful APIs Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS, Modern State Management Infrastructure: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes AI Tools: Cursor AI, LLMs, LangChain, Agents Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of relevant Full Stack Software Engineering experience. Location: Must be currently based in Quebec, Canada. Technical Depth: Strong expertise in Python and SQL (Backend) and ReactJS (Frontend). The "AI Paradox": You must be an expert coder capable of building features without assistance, but enthusiastic about using AI to speed up your workflow. Cloud Native: Experience with containerization (Docker/K8s) and cloud providers (AWS/GCP). Communication: Proficiency in English is required; French is an asset. Why Join Us?
