As a critical part of the leadership team, you will oversee a workforce of 40-50 employees through direct supervision and operational management. Responsibilities include ensuring safe operations while spearheading long-term continuous improvement initiatives. This role suits an authentic leader passionate about operational accountability and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations • Ensure compliance with workplace safety legislation • Develop and monitor key operational KPIs • Implement automation and support capital project initiatives • Foster accountability and a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements: • 8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership • Experience in paint, automotive, or similar sectors preferred • Strong adaptability to operational change • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills • Degree in Engineering or related fields is an asset
