Reporting to the Service Manager, the Parts Clerk & Sales Support is responsible for parts management and warehouse operations. This role also supports the sales team by coordinating order fulfillment, communicating order status, and assisting customers with inquiries about parts availability, lead times, and logistics.He/She also acts as an advisor to customers on all compressor parts and components, and must provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction for ReapAir Compressor Services clients.Role and ResponsibilitiesReceive and ship merchandise;Prepare orders for shipment;Respond to customer inquiries (in person, by phone or e-mail);Manage the parts department e‑mail inbox;Prepare quotations for customers;Enter customer orders into system;Keep warehouse clean and safe;Organize and coordinate transport of goods;Prepare parts bins for service technicians;Help control inventory and participate in annual counts;Any other related tasks contributing to the smooth running of warehouse operations.Skills and AptitudesGood physical condition (able to lift loads daily);Good management of priorities;Good communication skills (oral and written);Good organizational skills;Good team spirit;Requirements2 years experience in the same or similar position;Experience or fluency in forklift operation;Computer literate (up to 75% of work is done on computer);Knowledge of pneumatic mechanics (an asset);Knowledge of Prophet21 software (an asset).BenefitsBe part of a dynamic and growing teamA bonus program for all employeesWork in an environment where health and safety is a priorityValues of teamwork, respect, transparency and customer satisfactionGroup insurance including life and disability insurance, 60% paid by the employerA RRSP program with employer match of up to 3% of base salaryPlease note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
