Coordinator works collaboratively with inter-professional teams across spectrum of care and is accountable for planning, quality monitoring and reporting. Coordinating, marketing, recruiting participants, facilitators, evaluating, collecting data and tracking of outcome measures is integral to program success. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS membersin accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
