The café has established a strong reputation as the home of Canada’s 'most retro‑delicious' cupcakes. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Manager role based in Murrayville, BC. The Manager will oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth functions in customer service, food preparation, and overall team coordination. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, implementing hygiene and quality standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. Additionally, the Manager will assist in planning events and promotions while striving to uphold the Tracycakes reputation for excellent service and culinary quality.
