Our goal is to employ innovation and strategic thinking by capital project subject matter experts to deliver optimum results.PTAG???s vision is to help our clients become global leaders in the planning and execution of their capital projects.Safety: The safety of our employees, suppliers and clients is our top priorityCollaboration: Creating true partnerships with our clients and service providersLeadership: Becoming leaders in our industry and in the communities where we workAccountability: Being accountable to our clients for every aspect of an engagementClient Satisfaction: Delivering 100% client satisfaction on every projectIntegrity: Open and clear communication in every aspect of our businessLocation: Northern OntarioType of Employment: ContractRole & ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent facilitates the Set-Up and coordination of budget, cost & schedule control within responsibilitiesProject Controls work according to Workflows within the ProjectPrepare and maintain the Projects Cash FlowPrepare and maintain the Projects PO List including all Information necessary for outside queriesSet Up and maintain the Projects cost structure in SAPEnsure proper booking of all POs and Invoices; prevent bypassing of the approved budget by any partyMaintain the Projects Budget database & SAP Interface Sheets, all POs and Inv. on central controlling serverMaintain the Projects ScheduleMonthly, Weekly and Stakeholder reports as requiredQualifications / RequirementsUndergraduate or Graduate Degree/Diploma in relevant fieldMin 2-3 years of relevant project controls work experience preferably within the Mining Industry or, in an EPCM environmentWorking knowledge of project controls, cost control, procurement/contracts, document control and project reportingWork experience with SAPAbility to work at an advanced level with all Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent English language skill verbal and writtenDemonstrated high level of coordination skills to gather cost data from project leaders, engineering, procurement, and other stakeholders.PTAG is growing and seeking professionals who want to join a fast paced, innovative, and team-oriented Program Management Firm.
