This course builds on previous coursework in governance, ethics, risk management, internal control, strategy and leadership to explore integrative executive decision-making in an international business context. The course mirrors the corporate workplace and requires the demonstration of a blend of technical, ethical and professional skills to make strategic, operating and other decisions. The format of the course will be heavily based on and resemble the structure of the ACCA exam.
