Our products help dealerships and aftermarket partners protect vehicles, enhance appearance, and increase long-term value. Role Overview The Sales & Product Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth through automotive dealerships and B2B distributor partners. This role combines hands‑on sales execution, channel development, and technical product expertise to ensure successful adoption, training, and performance of Gard Group’s automotive protection products. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working on‑site with dealerships and collaborating with distributors and installers to grow regional market presence. Key Responsibilities Dealer Sales & Support Develop and manage relationships with automotive dealerships and dealer groups Support F&I, service, and detailing teams to drive product adoption and attachment rates Conduct in‑dealership product presentations, demonstrations, and staff training Support dealer onboarding, pricing programs, and promotional initiatives Monitor dealer performance and identify upsell and growth opportunities B2B Distributor & Channel Development Develop, onboard, and manage B2B distributors, installers, detail shops and reseller partners Support distributor sales teams through joint calls, technical expertise, and training Ensure consistent product knowledge, application standards, and brand representation Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and regional coverage Support expansion into new territories and markets Product Expertise & Technical Enablement Serve as a product expert for automotive protection coatings, such as ceramic coatings, and rust inhibitors Deliver product demonstrations, application training, and technical troubleshooting Support product trials, pilots, and new product launches Gather customer and partner feedback to support product improvement and innovation Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, dealer development, or B2B distribution Knowledge of automotive protection products, coatings, or corrosion prevention an asset Familiarity working with dealerships or dealer groups, distributors, or aftermarket installers Understanding of dealership operations, F&I products, and retail vehicle sales an asset Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory Valid driver’s license Skills & Competencies Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills Ability to explain technical products in a clear, practical manner Excellent presentation and training abilities Organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven Benefits Vision Dental Extended health RRSP match #J-18808-Ljbffr
