Job profile ENGINEERING DIRECTOR Responsibilities Partner with other department leaders, management executives to drive and improve the product development. Lead, mentor and supervise Draftsman-Designers in the development of the project until customers approval Analyze strategic projects and prioritize accordingly Produce general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings and material lists for approval and fabrication Design tasks (Protocol, calculation, compliance with manufacturing standards) Perform some design calculations Perform dimensional surveys of existing equipment at the customer's site on an occasional basis Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures. Qualifications Experience: 5 years experience in development of products Ability to effectively communicate and leading a team Ability to organize and prioritize work Possessing a good work attitude Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills. A team-based approach to results is required. Proficiency in Solid Work logiciel.
