TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings for contract Vehicle Auditors.Overall Purpose of the Quality InspectorEnsure customer satisfaction by performing in-depth inspection of vehicles released from Customer Acceptance Line (CAL) ready for Vehicle DistributionReports toSite ManagerResponsibilities(To include but not limited to the following)Client Relationship & Business DevelopmentEstablish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnelSupport daily customer meeting with customer Team LeadersSupport customer audits as necessary for final customer buyoff of vehiclesEnsure detailed instruction around audit scores, other activities and escalations are communicated at start of shift/shift handoverEnsure all company and customer guidelines are upheldOperationsPerform an in-depth inspection audit of ultimate series vehicles released from production line including legislation compliance inspection, paint inspection, exterior/interior fit and finish inspection, vehicle function check, etc...Inspect vehicle reworks to ensure they have been completed to a satisfactory standardComply with all TRIGO and site-specific customer policiesCommunicate any deviations/quality notifications from established instructionsMake independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needsSign off vehicles and release them back to customerFinal buyoff of car post detail and wrap where applicableDocument and report health and safety concernsComply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policiesOrganization & ManagementFacilitate communication of information within and between workgroupsSupport the collection of data from database for use in daily meetings and daily startupsAssist in maintaining a 5S/6S working environmentTechnicalCollect and maintain company reports and dataUtilize company web portals to record required audits and documentationSupport benchmarking activities as business needs requireOtherAny other duties as assignedMust be able to speak and read in the English languageGood communications skillsMust be able to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle sensitive and confidential materialAbility to walk and stand for long periods of timeAbility to bend, lift, twist and move freelyAbility to periodically lift/move up to 50 poundsMust have reliable transportationGlobal team spiritTeam playerCaring for peopleOpen-mindedReactiveResilient to pressureRigorousClient orientedReliable & trustworthyFlexibleInitiativeAutonomousDaringOverall recommendations1+ year in an OEM/Tier One automotive environmentDemonstrate leadership abilityEducation backgroundHigh School Diploma or Equivalent recommended or comparable work experienceAbout TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsFounded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
