Strategic Relationship Development: Build and manage a network of real estate brokers, mortgage professionals, financial advisors, accountants, lawyers, and business owners to drive capital flow and brand exposure.
Partnership Strategy: Design and implement outreach programs and initiatives to attract and engage corporate partners and professional networks.
Identify business development opportunities that align with our client’s strategic priorities and fundraising goals.
Events & Representation: Partake in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise visibility and cultivate prospects.
Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to support the development of co-branded campaigns, content, and partner initiatives.
Track pipeline growth, report on KPIs, and provide market feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.

7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related client-facing role, preferably within real estate, financial services, or professional services.
~ Strong network of contacts in one or more of the target audiences: real estate professionals, wealth advisors, accounting/legal professionals, or business owners.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. MBA or CFA considered an asset.
