This role involves diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and communication. The position is covering Atlantic Canada, Dartmouth to Moncton area.Responsibilities :As a member of the Service Technician Manager’s team, the Service Technician brings expertise by :Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service and replace or repair electromechanical devices and systems.Dismantle, inspect and replace electromechanical equipment and replace defective electrical and mechanical parts.Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of cleaning and sanitizing equipment.Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain sanitizing equipment and plant facility’s equipment supplied by Sani-MarcPerform routine preventative maintenance per established PM programProviding value-added after-sales service and perform problem solving;Performing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of cleaning chemical systems in Food & Beverage plants;Travelling to the location of our customers;Helping other departments through internal work;Diagnosing problems, determining corrective action and undertaking repair;Managing service calls and examining the customer’s requirements.Requirements :To perform well, you must :Proficient in electrical and mechanical diagnostic skillsExperience in maintenance and / or maintaining food service equipment preferredExperience in mobile onsite service preferredKnow how to work in a team, demonstrate initiative and be solutions-orientedHave good communication skills and be customer-orientedBe incredibly organized and understand processes thoroughlyHave a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;All applicants must take a mechanical / electrical aptitude test during the initial interview;Advantages :TelemedecineSocial activitiesLife insuranceEmployer's participatory RRSPReimbursement of training and development activitiesLong Term Disability InsuranceListening managerMedical and paramedical expenses insuranceGifts of recognition of seniorityNote :Why work for Sani Marc?You will be helping our customers for the territory of Dartmouth and surroundings;We provide you with a service vehicle, a laptop, a cellphone and moreWe are a rapidly growing company that focuses on well-being at work and developing our internal resources;This is a permanent position;You will be eligible for our group insurance plan and our pension plan;Disclaimer :Working at Sani Marc means :Taking responsibility and control of your files by doing whatever it takes and making sure it’s done right;Having a good attitude , embracing challenges and applying the necessary rigor to get it right;Taking charge by being personally and directly involved in one’s work;Embracing collaboration , being dedicated and passionate – a collaborator and partner who is solutions-oriented, and whom others can rely on.Create a job alert for this search #J-18808-Ljbffr
