Job Description: The Direct Entry Pilot is responsible for assisting the captain in flight preparation and operation of an aircraft. They are required to conduct a pre‑flight inspection of the aircraft to ensure that all navigation, safety, and operating systems are working properly. Job Summary: As a Direct Entry Pilot, you will embark on an exciting journey with our Pilot Pathway Program, designed to shape aspiring pilots into proficient aviation professionals. You will initially assume the role of Operations Coordinator or Aircraft Groomer, gaining invaluable operational experience before ascending to the coveted position of Navajo First Officer. Flexible Entry:Based on your experience level, enter the Captain Development Program at various stages depending upon the number of training hours. Support Position: (entry level pilot with 250hrs), Navajo First Officer (If you possess 500+ hours), Metro First Officer (If you possess 500+ hours), Navajo Captain (If you possess 1200+ hours), Metro Captain (If you possess 2000+ hours) Goal: Commit to becoming a turbine or jet Captain with SkyCare. Skill Progression:Progress rapidly from ground roles to the left seat, enhancing leadership and decision‑making skills.
