Coordinate with colleagues to organize schedules and conduct candidate interviews, if applicable. Create pools of qualified candidates and address recruitment challenges. Respond to written and telephone inquiries regarding recruitment activities. Conduct second‑language testing for Statistics Act staff, if applicable. Experience performing computer functions (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, slide‑show presentations). Asset Qualifications Experience providing service to clients by telephone, in person, or in writing. Experience working in recruitment, including outreach, promotion, or candidate assessment.
